"Booked a two bedroom Japanese suite for 6 adults and it was pleasantly spacious enough to accommodate. My only feedback would be that the kitchen is quite small, however I believe that the area that would have been utilised for the kitchen has been allocated to the tatami room. There was storage for suitcases which was very practical for those staying in the tatami room. The main washroom was spacious with double vanity. Walking distance to main asakusa area was great. "The staff at mimaru Asakusa station were friendly, helpful and took the effort to accommodate our requirement for extra cleaning, due to dust allergies. It was a peaceful spot in a big and busy city. Having the river view made it feel like we weren't crammed in and unlike many hotels the room was a great size."

"*Rooms were spacious *Personalized room wifi *Rooftop balcony *Outdoor seating area *Close to Sensoji temple and shopping areas What i didn't like about the hotel was the check in process. We had to check ourselves on a computer instead of having the front desk agents do it for us. Which they were 5 feet away. I don't know if thats a new thing now but that was just a confusing situation. Other than that they were helpful with other questions i had."

"had a week long stay visiting family - this space had a flying bug problem, weird smells in the shower area, noisy children running and screaming upstairs until 4am with very very thin walls, stale cigarette smoke smell, thermostat didn’t work so the space was cold at night (read instructions carefully and nothing worked). only pros were the size of the space and the neighborhood."

"The Kaika hotel was very unique and interesting. We liked the art displays. The room was small, but well laid out. we LOVED the bathroom, the combined shower/bath room was so great. And the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast downstairs was disappointing and very expensive. We did enjoy the lattes and juice though. The windows in the rooms did not open, which surprised us. So the rooms were very stuffy overnight. And the air intake vents were very dirty, they had a thick layer of dust...
