"All areas were really good, as you would expect. The breakfast team were amazing, as were the Spa ladies. The receptionists however seemed to get less helpful as the days went on. I even found them rude when I checked out. Shame they let everyone else down and left me disappointed enough to write this review. "

"We loved this Hotel complex, it was an Oasis quietly tucked away at the end of Ao Nang beach yet within easy walk of everything. The gardens were a real feature with beautiful tropical planting & sounds of birds etc. The staff were friendly & helpful & couldnt do more to help. The rooms were a tiny bit tired in places but this had no impact on our tremendous stay."
