"The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery and wildlife to see. The beach is lovely and clean and there is a little bar which is great to watch the sunset at with some chilled music. The staff were amazing so so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We did the cooking class which was fun and the chef Wi and server Nam were great. I also had a massage at the spa which was lovely. The only negatives were that there aren't loads of sun loungers around the one pool, and people put towels out early to "reserve" sunbeds and i think it would be good to have a stricter policy on this as some sunbeds with towels would be unoccupied for hours which isn't fair. The service at the pool bar isn't great either. The other bigger bar at the pool with the kiddies pool is way better and the staff are great there. I was also disappointed to see the hotel offer elephant walking excursions when this isn't ethical - please do your research! The food at the hotel is lush, a bit more expensive than if you were to leave the hotel but that is to be expected at a 5* hotel. The hotel put on a big new years eve event which was amazing! The buffet was incredible with a pad thai station and loads of other options. I am vegan and they were very accommodating making dishes without fish/meat if i asked. This really was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at though so wouldn't let the small negatives outweigh the large amount of positives and would really recommend staying here. "

"Vi älskade detta boende. Vi blev så otroligt fint bemötta av en trainee tjej, Nita, och av Samaan som körde oss till rummet i sin lilla golfbil. 1:a intrycket är viktigt! Vi bodde i ett stort rum i den nyare delen, alltså ingen bungalow, sängen var magiskt skön! Städningen sköttes utmärkt. Det fanns en vattenkokare och en liten kyl. 2 vatten om dagen ingick. Frukosten hade stort utbud, frukost vyn var fantastisk! Om man ska säga något kritiskt så skulle frukost personalen kunna vara lite alertare. Ofta tog t.ex. kaffekopparna slut eller så var det kladd kring kaffemaskinen som det tog lång tid innan det torkades av. Men detta egentligen en petitess. Dagtid hängde vi antingen vid en pool (nr.2) eller längst längst bort under träden på Phra Nang beach. Dagtid är det plågsamt mycket folk i Railey särskilt i början av Phra Nang beach ( vid grottorna) men även inne i stan på restauranggatan. Men bra nog får inga båtar lägga till på Phra Nang längre, detta är ju en väldigt speciell och väldigt vacker Bech. Men, tyvärr, desto fler longtail båtar lägger till på stranden inne i Railey. Dagtid massor med folk. Morgon och kvällstid är det lugnt och stilla, därför var det så skönt att bo på hotell i själva Railey och inte komma dagtid som typ gäst från AoNang eller Krabi och bara trängas med folk för att sedan åka hem. "

"I absolutely love the Tubkaak property! I stayed in for a week for a friend's 40th birthday, and we had a great time. Between spa appointments, complimentary kayaking, and delicious food at their main and Italian restaurants, we couldn't go wrong! Such wonderful service. Can't wait to go back!"
