I had to leave the apartment that I rent from them because the pillows, sheets, sofa bed, everything had a very bad smell. I had to look for another place and spend more money, and they promise a refund that I’ve never got. Stay away for their properties Lorf hostel or any apartments that they offer. "The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "
