"Want a stunning little boutique hotel - loved it from the moment we walked in the door our checkin was smooth and super friendly and very helpful with services location and local knowledge there is a lift which is important the room was spacious enough for 4 of us with a separate toilet and best of all the view out our window on level 5 over the river to the Christmas markets blew us away the bar is cosy and the staff again incredible we love this hotel and would definitely come back "

"This property was terrible no communication whatsoever. They say parking it wasn’t available. We opened the main door and the handle came off. I literally grab my kids and left. Contacted Hotels.com for a refund since we didn’t stay, no one answered so they just kept my money. Area looks very unsafe for family. Had to pay a different hotel and this people don’t even have the decency to respond "

"Overall this property was centrally located and breakfast was good. I got a balcony view overlooking this mountain and that was nice as well. My only complaints were that the bed was uncomfortable and they only provide you one pillow and blanket. Overall most of the staff was nice but the lady with red hair at check in was a bit stand offish. I asked for directions on how to get to the Swarvoski museum and she told me it was closed for construction. I did my own research and in fact the museum...
