"In the years of traveling, Vira Bali Boutique Hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed. Cleanliness and Staff being the top factors. It is supposedly a budget hotel but the service you can expect here tells otherwise. It is simply second to none. I wish them all the very best and the next time I’m in Bali, I will not be looking for any other hotel beyond Vira for my stay"

"Was given a free upgrade on arrival on the ground level but separated from kids room on level 2. Was not an upgrade at all, 2 singles pushed together to make a king size bed, shower head was so weak it took forever to wash the shampoo out & room was dark and depressing. The walk way to get to the room felt like we were walking through the jungle, had wet leaves flicked on our faces trying to get to our room, needs to be trimmed back. "While this hotel was still great value for money, there was a significant amount of things thay were not as advertised. The booking should have included a welcpme drink and boasts about having both a swim up bar and restaurant bar, but neither of these bars exist now. It also advises a restaurant abd 24h room service but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The resort looks as though when it was built it would have been beautiful but I presume COVID hit this place hard.."
