"Great property in the hill country. You can tell no detail was left out when planning this resort. Very beautiful location and not far from downtown Austin. Sometimes it was hard to believe that the city was nearby. I loved the multiple restaurant options and that the fare was being sourced locally with selections to cater to multiple dietary needs. Self-parking is great! Especially if you don't want to pay the crazy high valet price. To each their own. Jim Bob's Bar and Lounge was intimate and cozy; but the staff, although nice, could have been a little more attentive. The bartenders were multitasking and even seemed overwhelmed at times. Not sure if this is an every day occurrence or just because it was Valentine's/holiday weekend. The spa was amazing and will definitely be back for that! If we were staying longer we would also have hit up the fitness center too. Everything was top notch. Friendly and supportive staff as well. Trust me, that can be a deal breaker for many people. Will gladly return and recommend this place to others. "
