"It was actually decent if you have a car. The rooms were clean, with extra blankets. Parking was in a garbage dump Kind of area. Staff could be more receptive and approachable. Evening staff said breakfast included. But in the morning, new person claiming to be the brother of the evening staff said I had to pay. "All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. "This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....
