"Location is great to be around the quiet bay. The walk to Mission Beach is only a couple minutes and there are plenty of places around for food and rental shops. Rad was the best for boards and wetsuits. It was nice to have a garage to park the mini-van. the spot outside of the garage will fit a smaller car."

"This place was across the alley from the boardwalk in PB. The access was great and we spent the majority of our time there.The downside is there is no parking so we were out on Mission Blvd. There is no deck or outside seating but they provided beach chairs which we really appreciated."
