The unit was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very receptive. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The LOCATION is the absolute best for this little gem. Beds are super comfy! Bathroom was very tiny, but completely doable. Owners responsive. Olives cafe was just around the corner and had delicious breakfast. Cheap rentals was very friendly and convenient to the beach. Would recommend! "

"Marty and Mark supplied toiletries,shampoo, extra blankets, even a heater, paper towels. They even supplied more than a weeks worth of coffee. Mini kitchen was cute, it had a nice touch if you wanted to cook in the kitchen. My family and I were at the location for one week stay. It was peaceful, easy to get to. Nice neighborhood. It was clean. The extra blankets was nice. The outdoor patio was nice to catch some sunshine. "

"The location was amazing and the view from the bed was great! The place had all the necessitates. Interactions with the host were prompt and friendly. They also provided an option for us to have groceries delivered and stocked before we arrived! I would highly recommend this place and will look for properties to stay with this host again! The only thing i would recommend is a makeup mirror or another mirror in the bathroom that's easier to reach for short people!"

"This was our first venture with a short-time rental, and we would do it again in a heartbeat. It has a great location in Mission Bay, close to everything we wanted to go to. A grocery store is one block away. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was refreshing. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would go to this property again. "

"The house is in a great location, balcony was fantastic. We watched the SeaWorld fireworks Every night. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms need updating. Some of the decorated pillows had stains which is an easy fix with brand new ones or cleaning. Parking spot was good. Sofa/sofa bed was uncomfortable, but overall a good stay."
