The staff was helpful and very nice, the view was beautiful, we slept with our balcony door open to hear the ocean and felt safe, the room was clean and quaint, the area had good places to eat as well as the hotel's restaurant, parking was easy. I am very happy with our stay and if I go back to that area I will stay at La Jolla Shores again!!

We had the best stay. We were with two families and with a combined four kids under the age four and this hotel accommodated us perfectly. It’s such a nice beach, perfect pool, and everything you need is within a short walking distance. Can’t wait to come back, especially when on a multi-family vacation.

Extremely comfortable, Staff are very attentive and friendly. The Restaurant/Bar has an accommodating menu and stout mixed drinks. The pool and hot tub area is clean and orderly. All of the was welcoming! We found the location on the beach and access to near by food and shops ideal as we just wanted hangout at the hotel and beach as much as possible. The restaurant is okay, little over priced and menu is super impressive. Enjoyed the pool and games outside as well as the loungers. The staff to set up towels and chairs on the beach was a treat! Would return.

We paid for the best room, and we were stuck in a small room for the first night. Hotel dining sub par to say the least. The staff was very nice but the hotel was far from what was expected based on the pictures. We will not stay there again.

Good thing was Property hotel very next to beach la jolla . Room were clean. Please be aware the parking , the parking fees is extra I have to pay out of pocket , no breakfast included in this package so from my point of view hotel rates were too high and expensive
