"Room smell like cigarette smoke, drawers were wet from some kind of oil, cigarette burns around the tub. Someone else's tooth pick on the floor, bad electrical wire for the mini fridge and microwave oven, front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable about their town, pool under renovation, very close to main street and shops. "The Nautical Beachfront is an incredible location with most if not all rooms having a lake view. The heated infinity pool overlooking the lake with attached bar was perfect. The grounds were well kept and very nice. You can tell that in its prime this was a top of the line lake front resort.
