"This hotel was amazing. It was very clean. More than that the service we received was exemplary. We hadn’t booked parking as we thought it would be available. The staff made extra effort to find parking with their sister hotel. Even did valet service for us by, as we found out at checkout, the GM Marc himself! What a wonderful hotel! I would recommend to any family members traveling to Switzerland. "

"Very unique classic hotel located atop a steep hill overlooking Lucerne. There is a funicular that will save you walking up the steep hill. It’s a bit of a walk to the old town area and restaurants. There was a bottle of water in the room when we arrived but it was not replaced each day, which was disappointing. Front desk staff were helpful with maps of town and you leave the room key with them each time you leave. Onsite restaurant was very nice "

"Worst place ever ! Our flight was delayed we reached 11 pm in night it was raining the front door towards reception was locked. We were standing outside the property with my family of three with 13 year old kid there was a door bell the lady did not let us in. I have to call Hotels.com and agent Was on phone with me for one and half our to convince her that booking is correct and finally she was satisfied . She tried to let us (buzz in) apparently they don’t have full time staff in and door...
