"The location was perfect for our traveling needs and especially for the quality of the price! Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood. The parking was a little difficult to manage/maneuver but I’m not sure if that was listed in the ad and I skimmed over it. Overall- I would 100% stay there again! "

"We really enjoyed the home and the quiet neighborhood. There was everything we needed and it was close to the sundial bridge and shops. We would definitely rent it again!"

"I traveled with my sisters and brother-in-law. All of us are seniors (over 62). The house was clean, spacious and had a nice back patio and yard. Location was good if you like privacy and quiet. Like living in the forest away from town, yet just a short drive to downtown. We loved it. I would go back. "

"We loved staying at this property. Very clean, well stocked and very conveniently located in downtown Shasta. The room towards the front of the property with all the bunk beds, was quite noisy at night (vehicles passing through the main road, sound of the train horn etc). If you are a light sleeper like me that is not an ideal room to sleep in. A few easily fixable inconveniences - 1. There was no sugar in the kitchen (we did not pack basics like salt and sugar assuming the kitchen will have...

"Clean and comfortable property near town that met all our needs. Indoor or outdoor entertaining depending upon the weather. We were two adult couples. Well supplied with everyhing except a good wine corkscrew... which we fortunately carried. Deer most often seen on trips into town. Would choose this place again."

"My elderly Aunts and Uncles were here for a memorial service for my mother, their sister. They enjoyed their stay. We chose this place based on the location and size. They don’t go out so a kitchen was a must. A few issues with the shower faucet but they were able to use the one in the master bedroom. "

"A group of friends and I stayed here for the 4th of July weekend this year. Pictures were very similar to the listing, the only caveat I have is about the bunk beds. In the picture, it looks like there is more room than in real life. We were 4 adults in this room, and we were pretty crammed. I would recommend this room only for kids. Other than that, BBQ was cool, common areas were really nice and spacious, and the location is a nice getaway close to the Lake."

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful reunion at this property. The kids spent all day playing in the pool and game room. The deck was fabulous for outdoor meals in between play time. The house stayed remarkable cool even when it was 100+ degrees outside. Even though we felt completely secluded from the world with the gorgeous view of the kae and surrounding area, it was less than 30 minutes to get to town for grocery shopping, Costco runs, or Turtle Bay Exploration Museum."

"The house was perfect for our family gathering over Labor Day weekend. There are plenty of separate areas to give everyone space to spread out and not feel so "comfy". The downstairs with pool table and shuffle board provided hours of entertainment. Poker night around the large dining table was a big hit.
