The building itself is pretty nice and the desk person was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than many. But the room itself had some deferred maintenance problems (bathroom door hinge had been ripped out and the door was a couple of inches shy of reaching the top of the opening. The curtain had some holes in it and the room needed some paint quite a few places. the cover to the light over the sink was badly cracked. The beds were decent but the pillows were lumpy. It's too bad because it could have been quite a nice place.

There was no tissue box in the bathroom or anywhere. The carpet was dirty and there were A LOT of stains. Didn’t feel like the room was cleaned. Wish I took pictures. And there was no coffee packs in room, but there was a coffee maker. Felt like we were back in the 70’s. We needed to stay there but we paid too much for the stay… realized it once we checked in, and it was too late to change.

I liked that it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I didn’t like that my room had two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo, breakfast on Saturdays isn’t until 7am so I had to leave without any and that there didn’t seem to be any stairs inside, only outside so the elevator was the only option. Other than that it was a good place to stay.
