"Beautiful resort. Loved the space. Bit old place,but serene. Amazing view from the room we stayed. Facility isnt really great, has a small swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and they made sure we get aweaome food hot hot. Right spot as you have many places nearby to visit. "I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. "Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered.
