"Very Great Balcony View. Good Communication. Check in process is easy, instructions were accurate. 5-8 Minute Walk To American Airlines Arena. Clean and Comfy Bed. Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, good bathroom with amenities. Will return and recommend. Small couch, could work for sleeping but it's not ideal if you're staying long term and want a good night sleep on it."

"It was a big apartment, king bed, full kitchen which we didn't use. But the living was not comfortable, couch was too small and we had to put our feet on the table to stretch out to watch TV. "I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"Property was nice, although you have to do a bit of searching if you need additional towels etc. Amenities were as advertised, and the neighborhood was quiet. We went in winter, so no comment on the pool. My only nitpick is that the upstairs master was a bit bare. Bed was comfy, one chair is ok, but only 1 sorta-end-table with a lamp with no lights in it by the bedside was a bit disappointing. We had a great time!"

"A very mismanaged organization that forced us to pay a deposit not mentioned when we arrived in the contract and moved us to a much further location when we were at the location we reserved. I questions their moves and they immediately threatened to cancel my reservation - this while at the airport. They also threatened to cancel my reservation if I talked to anyone about this. I have saved all communication documents. Very unethical company, I would stay away from them."

"We had a group of 9 people with plenty of space and places to sleep. The amenities were more than enough to sit back and relax without even leaving the house! It is even in close proximity to go out without long travel times. The game room made great time and memories, along with the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Highly recommend for those trying to stay in the Dallas area."

"This property is absolutely perfect if you have a large group. The home is spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you would need to have an enjoyable stay. Chris the property manager was great. He was very accessible and accommodating. The location is perfect. Although they only allowed for 4 parking spots, there is plenty of parking within the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. "

A Nice Surprise in South Dallas

"The property was in an excellent location for our purposes though not in the best part of Dallas. We took some comfort that the police station was just across the street. The price of the room was quite reasonable. The physical property was clean, the staff very courteous, and we were impressed by the mixed industrial, mid-century decor. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the pink mid-century modern refrigerator was a hoot. Anyone who stays here should take advantage of the hotel restaurant, Hamilton’s. The prices were more reasonable than most such venues, and my meal (grilled redfish) was the best I have ever had in a hotel. The chef was a genius with composition and mixture of flavors on the plate. Self-parking in a patrolled lot next to the hotel was another plus for us. We would stay here again."
