"Newly rebranded Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang (formerly Bay Capital). Impressive hotel with scenic views of the Song Han River and mountains in the far distance. (Rooms 18-3 & 19-3). Upon arrival at hotel lobby and check in, a warm welcome and immaculate service.Guest rooms were well appointed with modern furnishings and very comfortable. Modern designed bathroom with a stand alone bath tub and separate shower cubicle, good water pressure. Housekeeping service efficient and timely. Breakfast a little pricey but service was good and with a good buffet selection of local and western spreads. Excellent coffee! Only less positive feedback is the size of the swimming pool which is not big enough and faces the breakfast/all day dining room. Location slightly tucked away on a quiet street, with just a few eateries but near enough to walk down to the riverfront towards the Song Han River Bridge. Crowne Plaza City Center DaNang is a Great Hotel that Guests will Love! "

"Lovely hotel not too far from the main attractions in Da Nang. Rooftop pool not very big anf didn't use it as the weather was not great. Bar rarely open too but plenty local establishments to get cheap food and drink. Reception people very helpful and always ready to answer questions and sort out transport. Room was large with a massive bed. All very comfortable. "
