"Fabulous hotel, located conveniently for the city centre. Clean, spacious family room. Clean bathroom facilities. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was great! "

"Pulled up in taxi to employees on strike directly in front off entrance to hotel which was a bit intimidating along with their loud music and megaphone, i was just glad my room was round other side off building. They where back again yesterday which doesn't give the hotel a very good look. Staff where lovely and swimming pool attached to hotel was just the best. Food was lovely although many deals on tables and app apparently dont apply to scotland which is just silly."

" Hotel is in a good location. Our basement room was disappointing in that the bathroom door didn't close properly and the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower when used. I didn't like that the shower head was imbedded high on the wall and no way to manouvre it. Our dirty coffee cups were not replaced nor the coffee / milk replenished. "
