"Love this Hotel "

"The grounds of this resort are stunning. Cleanliness, pools, beach, gym, buffet restaurant and overall service were incredible. The beach/ocean has to be the cleanest and best in Dominican. During the second half of the week the resort was at capacity (during QC and U.S. university/college spring break) and in no way felt congested. The family suites are on the opposite side of the road from the main resort. This at first was a surprise, but turned out to be a very pleasant one as it was so peaceful there at night and had a great view over the resort in the evening light hours. Overall travel to resort took about 45 mins but was worth the extra 20 mins compared to Punta Cana resorts. Main pool bar staff Marcelo and Claudio were very nice and also good with kids. Gustavo was assigned as our “butler”. Nothing is too much for him. We were amazed at his willingness to make our trip the best it could possibly be as well as his contagious positivity and his presence. This extra effort made a great week an amazing one."

"Wonderful resort, very clean with beautiful, lush gardens and grounds. Friendly staff, always ready to help or answer your question. The buffets offered plenty of delicious food to choose from: international cuisine buffet at Jazmin restaurant at lunch and Las Dalias for breakfast and dinner. We really enjoyed Los Corales for lunch and Rodizio for dinner (it's at the same location but need a reservation for dinner/brazilian). Special Thank You to Maria C. at Las Dalias and Francisco Brito at Los Corales and Rodizio. Best drinks in the beautiful lobby of the resort. There were no outlets near the bed for charging my phone and watch. We found only 2 outlets on the other side of room which had lamps plugged in. The sea water was grayish/cloudy and not as nice as in Punta Cana. The pools were great. Comfortable and spacious rooms with nice views. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you!"

"The staff are amazing at this resort! We especially loved our wait/kitchen staff Wilton’s, Maria, Yueri, Emmanuel, Daniel, Kerley, Nathaniel, and Marcus. Our wonderful entertainment team, specifically Genna and Alfred. The resort is beautiful and there are staff cleaning 24/7 all anround the resort. Everything is easily accessible and there are beautiful views no matter where you explore on the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, and each bar was adequately staffed. Each meal served provided a huge variety of foods, and highlighted many different cultures. The Al carte meals were incredible!!! The entertainment team had different activities and performances each night. We have enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future! ❤️ "

"Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back. This was a solo trip and I felt so much welcomed. It is not the place to meet someone is a lot of couples and families. Top place to relax and recharge. "
