Las Pinas Hotels, La Romana

"This was my first time going to Dominican and i can honestly say how happy I am that my friend and I decided to go with Casa. Reviews and the ratings were pretty high but we both decided to go with the flow. Casa truly blew our minds. The staff, the food, the environment, the activities that were on the resort, all of it was truly the definition of amazing. Every room/villa had a golf cart included which provided easy transportation but if needed, there was also shuttles as well. The staff were so nice to help us drive our golf cart back to our room since we had some drinks and could not operate. They were also so nice in willing to help us request a shuttle even if it's just to bring us from one location to another. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and simply kind. La Casita, Chilangos and Lagos, were just a few of my favourite restaurants at Casa. Lagos had a wonderful selection of a buffet breakfast. Delicious and flavorful. I hope to go back sometime and would definitely recommend this resort. Maybe consider the all inclusive package since the activities will be included."

"The property is very nice and everything was kept clean and in good condition. Check in and check out was quick and easy. If your Spanish is limited don't worry there were enough English speaking staff members to assist you or answer questions. Food option were plentiful. I'm not really an alcoholic drinker but ppl seemed to like the drinks.All staff I encountered were very friendly and nice. The pool areas were great and kept very clean. Beach area was ok. The staff did a great job of entertaining the guests. If I had 1 negative to say the bed for me was not the most comfortable. All in all my friend and I had a great stay at Bahia Principe Grand La Romona. I would definitely come back to this resort one day. . "

"Loved the beach! Having a swim up room was really nice. The restaurants were better than the buffet. Only complaint was the people trying to get you to upgrade to executive membership got annoying. "

"During our stay, we were consistently impressed by the hospitality. Every single person we encountered was always polite, attentive, and ready to help with any request. While I remember the names of some staff members, like M and L, I want to emphasize that, in general, every staff member we interacted with truly deserves recognition for their excellent service. The entire team contributed to making our experience unforgettable, and we are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Additionally, the Christmas special menu was excellent. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and a true highlight of our stay. It was a wonderful festive experience."
