"Lobby is bright and clean. Good drink and snack options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient location for Universal parks and felt relatively safe walking in the area. Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a decent offering but could use more room to move around when busy. Very good stay overall and would stay again."

"Front desk personnel were very informative and pleasant. Hotel is clean and we felt safe going from car into hotel. The 2 drawbacks were that our exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. It was reported the first day and I assume they could not get it fixed while we were there. After each shower we had to sit it out so mirror could be used. We did request 2 bottles of water, they just never delivered them. Otherwise it was a good stay. "
