"I did not like anything about this hotel. Staff could not be reached. I was unable to access the building even though I had paid full amount. Horrible treatment by owner. Why should a hotel dupe people like this. You travel from far to come and have a good time only to be met by unscrupulous hoteliers. You took full payment, and I was unable to stay there.
