"Good value for the quality of the property. Clean and besitiful landscape and pool area. Rooms are specious. They let us check in early at no charge, since our flight arrived at 745am. The reception staff, and ckeaning staff and sevurity staff are all very friendly and helpful. They put naphthalene balls in the bathroom and i couldn't stand the smell so i got rid of it. But they keep putting them in bathroom each time they clean. I didn't know what for because the bathrooms are very clean."

"Staff were extremely friendly and helpful when my partner became sick, all facilities are clean and well maintained including the restaurant, which has an amazing selection from the menu."

"In great area, close walk to beach, very close to restaurants, shopping and spas. Plunge pool room worth it ( as pool area is busy but we enjoyed that )for when you want a quiet swim anytime. We still always got a lounge chair. Fun Drag show onsite , and all staff were friendly and helpful. Money changer in the lobby was great and pretty comparable to the legit ones outside. Close mini marts for snacks and cokes, Easy check in/ out, and really appreciated the cold towel on arrival as it was a super hot/humid day. Buffet breaky was fresh but we aren’t big bfast eaters so ate omelettes/fried eggs and cereals. The poolside kiosk had some nice looking food going out too, I only had chips and wedges. ( they were crispy and yummy)"

"Stayed at the Niksoma several times over the years It’s a lovely beachfront Hotel with great facilities sundrenced pools in lovely garden setting. But the staff are the best part of the Hotel they are so accommodating and pleasant . "
