"Nice hotel in a good area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the amenities were good. The mattresses were a little too firm and it would have been nice to have a towel rack and not just a hook on the bathroom door. Also, the hot tub jets weren’t working which was a little disappointing. All in all we were happy with our stay. "

"Absolutely amazing! Just what we needed to relax & unwind after our daughter's surgery. Felt like we weren't even in the city! Our room had everything we needed to make things easier. They even had fresh homemade soup for all hotel customers! Bathroom was a little cozy & the bed was slightly uncomfortable, but other than that we loved the place! We will definitely be booking a room with this location next time we're staying overnight in Winnipeg. Definitely recommended "

"Property was fine and somewhat clean. Big issue was the shower and lack of water pressure. Had to shower for an hour to get all soap off . I know it seems like a small thing but when you are dreaming of a nice shower it was very disappointing. I truly wouldn’t stay there again simply because of the shower."

"It’s mostly really nice. Good value in today’s expensive market. Some things are a little old, like the tub. But overall very clean. Staff was super helpful. Convenient for walking the indoor paths to other areas downtown. We did the dining experience “le petit chef “ which was fun, though a little pricey. Parking added on a considerable amount to the bill. But overall a good experience. I was surprised there wasn’t a hot tub, but the pool area was really nice and the water was warm. "
