"The Constance was beautiful! The staff person on site was so helpful and gave us a lot of great history of the Lenox Collection. I loved the complimentary snacks offered as well as the continental breakfast. The only thing that didn’t make our stay perfect was that the door that led outside onto the back porch area didn’t lock completely. "I liked that it is an older style bed and breakfast place. You could say "classy" or "vintage". It reminded me of places where I would visit with family when I was a child. I received a personal welcome and orientation to the property. Breakfast was nice and cooked options were available for me to choose. "The property was better than advertised. Everything anyone could need was provided and we could not have hoped for a better experience. Very large home and could easily accomodate 8 people or more. The Berkshires are magical and this home was great for out time there."
