The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. "We had a lovely stay. Accommodations are simple and clean. It is an older hotel and new owners are in process of restoration. Great value given its location right next to the market, canal walk and restaurants. Bus stop very close, too. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!"
