"The property was beautiful! The pools and grounds were stunning!. The staff was very friendly and informative.. the room was nice but the beautiful rooms were not part of the VRBO, which is probably why they are less expensive.. I thought it was odd that we could not have new towels or room cleaning without extra fees because we were VRBO. It made sense for the hotel to do this for the rooms that are not in preferred view locations.. in all, for the price especially, it was a beautiful resort."

"Really liked the Outrigger resort however our unit was not good! The overhead light in the bathroom was not working, the refrigerator did not work. The unit is outdated and only had full size beds not queens. We did have a partial ocean view but the unit is located on the back side of the resort so delivery trucks, garbage trucks started arriving around 7am, very noisy!"

"You can’t use any of the amenities of the property (like BBQ’s) since those are reserved for hotel guests. Also, found out that the microwave is on the 5th floor and is communal. No shuffle board to be found. The room has a weird smell, too."
