"I very much liked my room and the location was second to none. I sat at one of the tables outside of the Welcome Inn Pub. I sat for one minute, finishing a tea and readying to go in for a pint. The bartender? Manager? Owner? Came out yelling at me to get out of the seat and “ this isn’t a picnic area” when I told him I was going to go in for a pint and that I live upstairs'—he told me “to get lost and we don’t want you here”. Really foul experience. Around two in afternoon. "

"We had the top floor, amazing view of the river and city. It happened to be a Hunter Moon that evening and the view was magical. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again."

"Cobh is a wonderful town and the Commodore is in a great location. Happy to have an elevator and parking. Breakfast was excellent. We had dinner one night but i had a cold so just had soup. "

"I can’t say enough good things about Peter & Fin at Lynwood! They are warm & gracious hosts. The property is cozy and clean. The furnishings are beautiful and the bathrooms are fully remodeled. It’s a short walk into town, which made our visit so easy. The coffee, tea and croissants each morning were delicious. Peter offered several suggestions on what to do locally. The Titanic Experience, the Irish Heritage Museum & St. Colman’s Cathedral were all well worth it! Loved chatting with Peter and...

"Big resort/conference type hotel that was very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Terrific bar/restaurant with excellent friendly staff. There's a free health club next door for hotel guests which we didn't use but it looked very nice. We had a great stay thanks very much!"

"The staff is amazing and very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was there were no outlets by the bed. One of my travel buddies used oxygen at night so they had to wait for their battery to be charged before they could go to sleep. "
