"This is our fourth time staying at Thayer's inn. A lovely hotel - however - this was the first time that we had a problem with the heat. Meaning, we were staying in a sauna. I slept in my underwear on top of the covers and still felt like I needed a cold shower the entire night. With no way to turn down the heat, this is something they can consider for the rooms that are not on the outer edges of the property. It was unbearably hot. "
