"Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Ausflüge. Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. Der Sandstrand hat einen Rettungsschwimmer und das Wasser ist erst flach und wird langsam tiefer. Auch ideal für Kinder. Uns hat die Unterkunft und der wunderschöne Garten sehr gefallen. Ich habe so gut geschlafen! Die Matratzen waren toll. Wir waren nur zu zweit im...

"Enrico went out of his way to make our stay memorable in his comfortable, well appointed accommodation. It is extremely convenient to the Old Town, the grocery stores & the railway station. The kitchen is very well equipped. He even gave us a bottle of wine & his homemade pesto which we enjoyed with our pasta. Good communication, kind hospitable. Thank you Enrico! We will be back."

"The location is very nice, although not what was expected. The photos give the impression that the house is on a hill surrounded by nothing but it’s actually very, very close to lots of other houses. Not a problem initially. The view is stunning and the house is nice. However, be warned, you are only getting half a house. The house is very basic. There is no toaster, no microwave and a tiny oven, no iron or ironing board and very little kitchen utensils. This would be a problem if you were...

"This is a very lovely house, well equipped and with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is a good size and half shaded by a lovely tree. Vicopisano is a lovely small town nearby with good restaurants."

"The property had plenty of space inside and out. A great view from the upper balcony and a lovely patio for outside eating. Tastefully furnished with antique furniture. The manager was there. To help with whatever we needed. Highly recommend Chianni as a place to stay."

Helpful host with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Welcome gifts of local wine, homemade jam, and fresh eggs from the chickens. Down side? No air- conditioning for those hot tuscan days as are most homes but manageable with fans and shaded property."

"The villa was in a beauiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the hills and at least three hilltop cities. The property is situated in an area perfect for day trips to the many beautiful cities of Tuscany but you will need a car. There are also many activities available on the property. The hosts were always there for anthing we might need and gave us good tips about the area to make sure we had a wonderful Tuscan experience. I would highly recommend this property."
