"Nous avions réservé au Galleria mais celui-ci étant en rénovation, nous avons été accueillis à l'Hôtel Heritage ( même propriétaire). Communication parfaite avec l'hôtel. Super accommodant pour nous loger dans des conditions supérieures à notre réservation d'origine. Très bel hôtel dans la zone piétonne. Belle chambre. Personnel accueillant et très aimable.
