The host was available to answer questions and also allowed us to leave at our leisure which made such a difference when showering/dressing needs extra time. "Had a spot of bother accessing the key safe but eventually ok. Flat was very nice. Nice bright decor. Very well equipped. Nice touches like various teas, coffee and biscuits. Lovely fluffy towels. The beds were a little soft but comfortable. The one toilet was almost impossible to flush. There was a note on it saying press firmly and a man would do it easily but being two mature ladies we couldn't. Advised the hosts and I've had an email to say it's been fixed since we left. Couldn't get on...

Took our dog as well and so safe for him to have room to move onto the patio area as gated off and lovely walk around the site with a kids park as well. Love to go back soon."

"The house is perfect for two families.. everything you need and close to all the amenities. We had my elderly parents with us, so the downstairs single beds were ideal for them. There was 10 of us in total, which was a bit snug- but perfect for just a few days. Lovely house, and great communication ❤️"

"Myself, my daughter and our elderly dog stayed here for a week in early summer. A beautiful setting in an idyllic and peaceful location. The perfect place to get away from it all. The host met us when we arrived and had already got the fire going in the cottage. The accommodation was comfortable and our dog loved exploring outside. Walks around the lakes and woods straight from the door. Will definitely be returning Julie, Rebecca and Pip the pooch 🐶"
