"I stay away for work regularly, and this was by far the friendliest check-in I've ever had. The room was well-equipped, and I would stay here again. There isn't a car park, but I was able to park outside the hotel with no problem, and there were plenty of spaces available. "

"Booked this hotel for my son and his girlfriend so they could just get away from real life and detach for a night. They came back looking renewed and full of life again, they couldn’t stop raving about how good the breakfast (especially the sausages) was and how comfortable the bed was. I went with them to make sure check in was ok and the receptionist was absolutely flawless and so welcoming. Exceptionally gorgeous hotel, definitely need to stay there myself now. "

"Only criticism is no lift as we were on 3rd floor lots of steps to climb. Have been informed however that a lift is going to be installed in 2025."

"Very comfortable lodge, in a quiet area. Staff were polite, respectful and extremely helpful from the start to end. Only a few minutes walk into the main street of Betws-y-Coed where the shops and places to eat are. We also made use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi available, which were clean. Breakfast could do with a bigger variety of food but still alright. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is very expensive though!"
