"Quaint little cottage in the lovely quiet hamlet of Cwm Penmachno. There are amazing views from the cottage across the valley. We went for a couple of great walks up the disused quarry, just up the road. Once at the top of this walk there are fantastic views of the valley. "A wonderful and spacious stone house with exceptional facilities especially in the kitchen. All the bedrooms has comfortable beddings and with enough room for 8 adults and 4 children. We definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit Bala in North Wales for its facilities and location. "

"We stayed here as a friend group for a long weekend for a 50th birthday. The cottage is in easy walking distance of the centre of Llangollen (approx 10 mins stroll). Beds comfy, living room warm and spacious, kitchen well stocked and bathrooms excellent. Stunning views across the Welsh hills. Great dinner at the Corn Mill, and an absolutely fantastic Sunday roast at the Bridge End Hotel, and a poke round the little shops in town. "Nice quiet and clean sheltered cottage with dedicated little drive. We spent two days it was really nice it would be even nicer with good weather so you can have your tea outside in the garden. Don't follow the google pin it takes you nowhere but the owner will happily give yuo right directions we were guided by a friendly local farmer."

"This is a unique property which has been well renovated. The layout with most of the accommodation and living space upstairs allowed us to have a separate space for our family one of which has an infant to have separate space downstairs next to the games room. The property need a few maintenance issues dealing with including one of the beds needing a repair and the sofa bed upholstery needing renewal to make it more comfortable to sit on.
