"My husband and I have stayed here on a few occasions. It is handy for the promenade and shopping areas and is reasonably priced for the area. However, I feel that for the size of hotel, which is quite large, one lift does not provide sufficient capacity to cope with the aged population that frequents the hotel. A large proportion use walking aids or wheelchairs of some description so one lift throughout the hotel does not cope with the needs of the majority of their clientele. However, the staff...

"Second time staying here. Some improvements on the balcony with fake grass and some seating nice touch. New upholstery on chairs downstairs. Greeted by beautiful tree in foyer. Staff friendly the only think I would say is on check in they could do with more than one person as someone had a query which took the attention of that member of staff away from checking in until it was resolved. Need a bell at the bar sometimes the member of staff is around the corner and you cannot see Joe they see you or they are away from the bar and your stood there until they come back. So something that alert front desk as well Other than that entertainment on singer on sort of like karaoke but he could sing. Downside to this hotel is parking and lack of in general. You have to drop on to park outside the hotel as the spaces serve the hotels around. Towards the great Rome there are more parking spaces but again I’ve rarely seen any of these empty on this stay and previous. However you can park in the centre though still hard to find parking but not far to walk to the hotel. All in all I would stay here again. "

"At the moment the hotel is having a repaint outside, when i come to open the window i was unable to, the reception team was very helpful and even offered to move me. The maintenance guy (big thumbs up to him) tried but was unable to, rhe window had been shut outside. The team did all they could to help."
