"We come to Riu first time. We like this resort and most probably will comeback next vacation. The stuff at the front desk very professional and good communication in English. The food in buffet, Italian and stake house restaurants very good. The services is good too. The room is clean. We like the beach very much. "

"The entertainment manager Caesar does a wonderful job with the staff. He was reliable and attentive. Kudos to you Caesar!!!!!! Mark and Denise were very helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay. The only con I have is the housekeeping just made the bed and replace the towels. I had to ask specifically to get the room swept and mop as the floor was sticky with sun screen. Other than that we really enjoy our stay. "

"The staff, from the people that cleaned, to the staff in the lobby and front desk and waiters were well trained and super friendly. Shout out to a couple of the staff: Monseratt at the front desk was 5 star. Ivan (waiter) was efficient and friendly every time we saw him. The room furnishings really should be updated. It looks like it was from the 1980s. The sheets were really rough and bothered my skin. We got really lousy pillows, but when we asked for a few more, they replaced all the pillows with newer, better ones. It would've been nice to get at least one days worth of coffee in the room. But the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. The value of what we paid to what we got was top of the line!"
