1-Bed Victorian Romance with Park Views

A rare Victorian 1st floor flat, offers panoramic views of Primrose Hill, ensuring complete privacy without shared spaces. Featuring original 19th-century floors, stunning tall windows, and ceiling mouldings. Only a quick walk from the leafy village and shops, next to Regent's Park and Camden Town. It provides convenient access to the city's major transport links. This flat is part of a house owned by our family for 3 generations, adding a layer of heritage to its alluring charm.
The space
Formerly the 'Drawing Room,' this space offers a large open area with tall windows and a balcony overlooking the park. It includes a single bedroom, storage next to a fully equipped kitchen, and enjoys ample natural light.

The living room features an original stone fireplace, a double day-bed, and a charming vintage Danish dining table for four. The working area seamlessly integrates into a mid-century modular bookcase.
The Victorian-style bathroom is equipped with a tub (there is no shower), separate and accessible on the mezzanine level outside the flat, exclusively for guests.

Please note: the tub is NOT fitted with a hand shower.

It features a relaxing bathtub but no shower. For hair rinses, we've provided a water jug. Embrace the charm of a bygone era; some things are kept as they were intended.

Beautiful apartment in great neighborhood
I spent two weeks here over the 2024 holidays and both the apartment and neighborhood were a joy. The apartment's living area is comfortably furnished and a very pleasant room with views to Primrose Hill Park. The kitchen and bath are as advertised, a little small, not so modern, but I found them adaptable and adequate. The Primrose Hill 'downtown' is a thriving commercial center that is block away and its shops provided all the provisions that I needed. Major bus routes have stops nearby and getting around London and its outlying areas is quite simple. The hosts were in touch and are available, but there was nothing that needed their attention during my stay. Thank you Mariasole and Riccardo for making my holiday stay comfortable and easy!

First off Mariasole is great and prompt in her responses. It was a delight to deal with her.Location is perfect. Right on the park and next to a lovely community with everything you could need. It's peaceful, lovely and still very central. The view from the flat is amazing. It's a light main room and it's lovely. The bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom however are less ideal. It's old. the bathtub paint was peeling off when I took baths. and it just hasn't been updated in decades. Same with the kitchen. it's small, not easy to cook in and the units are cheap. Kitchen utensils are old and worn and I honestly didn't feel comfortable using any of it. The bedroom is not really a bedroom, more like a closet. the bed in there is a single IKEA like bed which was so hard and uncomfortable. I slept in the living room where there is a double bed. So it felt more like a studio flat than anything else.I don't like giving negative reviews and parts of it was really lovely. But I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I do realise that this is one of the most expensive areas of London.

Beautiful Location, Charming Flat!
My teen and I loved this place - the location is in a gorgeous spot across from Primrose Hill and next to a strip of cafes, restaurants and small shops - including a produce market with amazing fruit. It is walkable to the Tube, the popular Camden Market, and Regent Park. The rental takes one back in time with its ornate plaster ceiling and walk-through windows to the balcony. The decor was obviously well considered and the beds comfortable. Though a shower would have made this property perfection, the bathroom did not detract enough to lower this review even one star - especially since the listing discloses it clearly and the pricing is great. The managers were responsive before and during our stay. Thanks for the London immersion!

Fantastic Location in London
We picked this location due to its proximity to Regent Park for the kids to have a place to relax and play. The apartment exceeded expectations, it is within a 5 min walk to a playground, the larger park, zoo, grocery, restaurants, and chalk farm tube station. This made it easy to have a relaxing day nearby or get around and see the sights in London. The apartment was well appointed with a comfortable feel. The furniture and chandelier added a nice touch. The unit has a balcony out front with a great view over the park that made breakfast and dinner a treat. The property manager was very prompt and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying again on future visits to London.
