The Space:
INTRODUCTION
Recently renovated, this quiet and spacious flat offers everything needed for a short to mid-term stay, especially suited for two couples, friends and families with children. It features two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with hotel-quality king-size mattresses, dressers, and clothes rods. One bedroom can be converted into an office if desired. The fully equipped bespoke kitchen along with the decent-sized dining table, is ideal for those who enjoy cooking at home. Next to the salmon pink-coloured dining area, the living area includes a luxurious three-seater sofa and a smart flat-screen TV. Additionally, a dedicated office desk and ultra high-speed WiFi make it perfect for remote work.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The flat is less than a 9-minute walk from Angel tube station and just a minute from the nearest bus stop, offering direct access to King's Cross, St Pancras, Euston, and Liverpool Street stations without any transfers. Situated on a quiet side street just off City Road, the flat is within a 3-minute walk of cafes, bakeries, a 24-hour supermarket, McDonald's, hair salons, and a 24-hour gym.

Around Angel Station, Upper Street and Islington High Street are very renowned among locals for their diverse food and entertainment options. Just a stone's throw from the flat, Regent's Canal offers a rare moment of tranquility in one of the world's largest metropolises. (Not many tourists know about it!)
