Property Details:
This 86-sqm apartment is located on the basement level without an elevator. The flat has a small private outdoor terrace for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.

Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and quality mattress. They both face the private terrace. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower, toilet and sink, while the other has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.

Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans are provided.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £40 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £40. Both can be provided for £60. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.

I fell at Home
Spacious apartment, plenty of room. . Good flat for a vacation, it was clean, very smart, had everything you would need. Very big kitchen, feels like at home. The damage deposit wasn't a surprise and it was returned quickly. Excellent location in central London. Very near to shops and underground station, easily accessible.

Well laid out apartment. Convenient to Bayswater & Queensway Underground. 15 min walk to Paddington Station or Royal Oak station. Beds were comfortable and allowed us a good nights sleep. Well equipped, spacious and airy kitchen. Utility room with Washer/Dryer was an excellent amenity especially as there was a lot of counter space for folding clothes. Host responding quickly to our request for air fresheners to help combat the inevitable musty smell after so much rain in the days before we arrived.
