The bright and spacious living room includes a large L-shaped sofa, a smart TV, and access to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine at the table and chairs. A desk and free WiFi throughout the apartment make it ideal for those who need to work. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home cooking, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils. The family bathroom comes with both a bath and a shower, complemented by complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is located just 2 minutes from Old Street Underground Station, serviced by the Northern line. On your doorstep you will find a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as an Aldi Supermarket. Being in such a central location you can easily explore local areas on foot, including;
Shoreditch - With buzzing nightlife, renowned restaurants, independent shops and Brick Lane Vintage Market.
Spitalfields - Home to the famous indoor market, offering street food, clothing, art and boutique gifts.
Barbican Centre - With a cinema, theatre, exhibitions, and restaurants.
Hoxton - Great coffee shops, independent restaurants and access to the Regents Canal, perfect for a peaceful morning stroll.
Venturing further afield, you can easily walk down to St.Pauls Cathedral, and the River Thames.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, many interesting parts of London are easily accessed on foot, and you will find everything you need close to the apartment. Old Street Underground Station (Northern Line) is 2 minutes from the apartment, with quick access to North and South London and easy links to the rest of the city. There are a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road, and black cabs can be hailed easily.
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
