This hotel exceeded our expectations, much larger than expected and very clean and modern. Excellent location near the Victoria train & coach (bus) station, we arrived by bus and left by train, and Underground (subway) stops too. Excellent helpful staff too, they promptly printed my boarding passes and other documents. Won't hesitate to stay there next time we are in London. Recommended!

I booked the Bower House for a couple of nights after a long haul flight Just a 5-10 minute walk from Victoria Train Station to the main hotel where I had to check in. The staff were very helpful, allowing me to drop my bags until the room was ready and late on the second night when I needed some extra coffee and milk. My room was on the ground floor and it was beautiful with a roll top bath. I would definitely recommend it, but then again I don’t want it to get too popular and make it harder to book

I loved how my bag got carried up and down from my room for me without even asking! The room was so cozy and clean and the area was perfect how close with was to the victora station to get around and from kings street to walk and go shopping. The location was safe and central, when I come back to London I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The property was fantastic! We stayed in the family room (one queen bed, two twin sofa beds), and were surprised by how spacious it was. The space was clean, organized, and very quiet. We were close to Victoria Station (10 min walk) and many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
