We stayed in this apartment for 11 days.
After booking I contacted Premaldhomes.
A lady then contacted me and answered all of the questions we had in advance.
I was surprised that it never had a signature, but I didn't question it.
When I asked the day before arrival how we would do the key handover, I was very irritated that it should be under the doormat.
When we saw what the area looked like upon arrival, this increased again.
Since the front door was locked, we had to ring another resident's bell.
When we saw the apartment, we realized why nobody was there.
The apartment is not in a condition to rent it out.
Look at the pictures, because they say more than 1000 words.
For four residents there are 3 bowls, 3 knives and forks.
There are stains everywhere, or worse.
The only positive thing is the free WiFi or Shampoo etc. It is also true that the apartment is located directly between two subway stations and that they can be easily reached on foot.
I then sent photos to Premaldhomes and only got this answer at 7 p.m. the day before departure:
„I do appreciate you taking out time to comb through the apartment and document problems.
I am currently investigating this with our cleaners and manager.
We pride ourselves on the condition of our apartments so I do apologise that you have found areas in our apartment that you are not fully satisfied with.“
For me, the problem is that nobody comes to look at the condition of the apartment, the apartment is constantly maintained and no deposit is taken from the residents.
In addition, one should say that the block of flats is located directly on the railway line. It wasn't even in the description of the apartment.
I cannot recommend this apartment and for the price it is clearly overpriced.
