A delightful four-bedroom home in the leafy suburb of Canonbury, Canonbury Park North II is the perfect retreat for a family break or a visit to London with friends.:

Ideally positioned just five minutes from Upper Street, you will find a bountiful array of restaurants, designer boutiques, and cafes to browse to your heart’s content. Head a little further, and you’ll discover the famed Camden Passage, with its quirky selection of tea houses and antique shops selling all sorts of unique curios.

Inspired by Scandi minimalism, the home exudes a feeling of calm. The original bare wood flooring has been incorporated into its aesthetic, creating a blend of old and new. Warm, earthy tones maintain the tranquil ambience throughout, from the olive greens of the living room and kitchen to the soft ochre of the master bedroom. A quiet haven from the busy city streets, Canonbury Park North II is a delight to return to.:

You’ll be amazed at how much room you have to relax in. The light-filled kitchen provides enough space for the family to gather and enjoy breakfast. Two spacious bathrooms each boast a gorgeous roll top bath, just what you need to unwind before settling down for the night.

Among the four bedrooms, there is the beautiful master suite complete with a super king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a double. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children, featuring two single beds.:

- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There are stairs up to the entrance of this home and no elevator.
- This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator.
- There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom, however, there is ample flat storage in the chest of drawers and hooks on the wall. There is also a large wardrobe in the fourth bedroom next door that can be shared between the two rooms.
- The wood burning stove in the sitting room is ornamental.
- The homeowners' gardener may come during your stay. They will have a key to let themselves into the home to access the garden, however, you will be notified prior to their arrival.
- There is construction next door to the house. It is under full renovation, both internal and external.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
