PERFECT flat in great neighborhood
The host was AWESOME!!! The flat is wonderful! My husband and I stayed upstairs and our daughter downstairs. We had plenty of space, great kitchen, and beautifully appointed spaces. The neighborhood is THE BEST! Great access to public transportation, Uber, and cabs. Fantastic local food, drinks, markets, etc. Felt like we were living in London rather than being tourists. HIGHLY recommend this flat!

Fantastic Location
The place is amazing, it’s really difficult to get suitcases up/down the staircase so I would say anyone with mobility issues probably wouldn’t have the best time in the downstairs bed (there’s a bathroom next to the upstairs bed though!). Check in was a little rocky but other than that communication with host was good.

Wonderful flat -- 10/10
The flat was a great home away from home. Clean, well cared for, and equipped with everything we could reasonably expect. Location was close to everywhere we wanted to be (Hyde Park, royal and cultural attractions, Underground, etc.) while also providing a quiet respite at the end of each day. Priyan was very kind and responsive, ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. The one and only minor thing that we'd note is that the spiral stairs are relatively steep and narrow. This wasn't an issue for us, but could be an issue for some. Thank you for the hospitality!

Apartment is Perfect for Touring London
Four adults, two couples, called the apartment home for a week in early July 2016. The apartment is in a perfect location for touring London. The Tube, Notting Hill Gate station, is just a few blocks away. There are eating places close by; both fast food and sit-down. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. Besides the private door to the apartment, there is a community door which provides extra security. One enters the apartment on the upper floor where a bedroom and both baths, the full bath and a 1/2 bath, are located. This is a little inconvenient for the person/persons in the lower bedroom, but nothing unworkable. The full bath, containing the tub/shower, is located within the upper bedroom, so some coordination must be established for its use. The lower floor houses the kitchen, second bedroom and living/dining room. There is a most wonderful outdoor courtyard area that was a pleasant surprise. There is a door to the area which we opened quite often. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. I would suggest adding a silicone spatula to the utensils provided. The mattresses in both bedrooms appear to be fairly new, but are extremely firm. I believe a foam topper would help immensely. The positives of the apartment FAR outweigh the few inconveniences I have pointed out and I would recommend staying here on your next visit to London. I will...

Great location. Presents as depicted in the photos. Could use attention to a few items in disrepair: shower grout (caused minor leak into kitchen), shower temperature knob, dead lightbulbs/lighting (particularly dark in the dining area at night). Otherwise was a lovely stay!

Convenient and cozy - exactly as we hoped
We had a terrific stay! We selected the property based on location as well as amenities, and both were as ideal as we hoped. Being so close to Hyde Park and in particular the Diana Memorial Playground was perfect for our young daughters. Equally, Notting Hill Gate was an optimal tube station just a short walk from the flat. Seeing all the sights on our itinerary rarely required any transfers. Abundant grocery stores, restaurants, and coffeeshops were all at the doorsteps of the flat. The Amazon Grocery was especially convenient to pick up basics on the way back from a day exploring London; we shopped M&S Simply Food and Little Waitrose (both at the opposite end of the tube entrance) for larger shops. We enjoyed a day trip to Oxford, originally intending to travel by train from Paddington, until we discovered that the Oxford Tube coach bus ran frequently from a stop just steps from the flat. Inside the flat, we found the beds to be quite comfortable; considering how centrally located we were, we were surprised how quiet it was for sleeping. The master bathroom has been updated with a walk-in shower instead of the tub, which suited us perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless: we received instructions and proactive communication prior to arrival. Had we needed anything, the host and team were available by text and responded quickly. Turned out we had no issues and were quite self-sufficient the whole stay. Highly recommended!

Great spot
We loved our stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Notting Hill. Check-in etc was easy & the space was perfect for us. We had two adults & two kids. Communication was super easy. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but an fyi for others that the photos show a bathtub but I think the bathroom may have been updated since that photo was taken, as there’s just a shower. That might be good to know if you were planning on giving little ones baths. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Little Flat
This was a wonderful little flat perfectly located to quickly access public transport! We loved the location near fabulous restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. It was so quick and easy to get to Nottinghill Gate Tube Station, Hop on/ Hop off tour bus stop and public bus stops. The flat was very clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before we started our day. The photos online make the flat appear bigger then it is BUT this was not a problem as it is plenty big enough. The master bedroom and bath are spacious. We stayed 6 nights and had room for our clothes on the hanging rack and bedside drawers in the master. My children had plenty of room in the second bedroom for their things. Priyan was so communicative and gracias when we contacted him during our stay. The spiral stairs are sturdy but would be hard to navigate for small children or anyone with mobility issues. However it was nice that the flat entrance and Master bedroom and baths are on street level . We had two groups of friends staying on the same street and they had much worse stair situations to get to their flats and around their flats. London is a city of stairs so one spiral staircase seemed easy after a day of touring around. I would stay here again and 100% recommend this flat to friends. My one small suggestion would be to provide two good fans. Because the master bedroom was upstairs it got warmer then the downstairs. This would have been uncomfortable for sleeping, except we did find a fan downstairs. It had a missing front screen which made it a little dangerous. That is my only suggestion. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in perfect flat
We arrived and found our host waiting outside of our flat with a welcoming smile. With a quick introduction to the flat and how everything worked we were ready for our holiday to begin. The flat was perfect, and close to many lovely restaurants and coffee shops. My 7:00 am walk around the block to Paul Rhodes bakery for coffee and baked goods. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a flat close to the tubes.

Delightful stay
Three of us spent a wonderful three days at this two-story, two-bedroom flat in Notting Hill. Great location, safe and lively neighborhood, comfortable accommodations, attentive host. The layout of the flat — master bedroom on the first floor and second bedroom on the ground floor -- provided ample space for our 16-year-old son's "alone time." Previous reviews are spot on: be aware of the late-arrival fee, limited storage space for clothes and the possibly difficult-to-navigate spiral staircase (which you will absolutely need to reckon with if you stay here). But, having said that, none of these was a problem for us. We would gladly book this flat again.

Great Location and Host
Very good flat in a lively location. Close to Hyde Park and plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Apt stayed fairly cool considering we were there on the hottest day of the year. As we were traveling for a month we stored some of our luggage at Heathrow which ended up being a good choice as there is limited space for too many suitcases. Note that we were charged an additional 25 pounds for an evening check in. Wasn't a problem but we weren't made aware of it until we booked. Overall, though, Priyan made everything clear and communication was excellent, especially considering our flight was delayed and our car service was late. I would highly recommend this place!
