I thought the room was nice and comfortable. I didn't like that I had to carry 4 suitcases up a flight of stairs even though the website states their is a lift. I didn't ask to be on the 4th floor. The man who checked us in was very rude. Their was a miscommunication when we checked in and I tried to explain, but he was not nice and I felt like I was being scolded. I told him I did not appreciate his tone. When we got it straightened out and he realized he was wrong he didn't even apologize.

Fantastic stay. The apartment is clean and well presented and a great location a couple of minutes walk from the tube. I was greeted on arrival and shown to the apartment and how to use the key card etc. Very highly recommended.

Good place for a short stay
The place was a little small, but very clean and generally comfortable (awful pillows, but comfortable otherwise). Very conveniently located, good facilities, and a good stay overall. I’d happily stay there again.
