Nice unit, but room for improvement
The suite is exactly as pictured in the advertisement, it’s in a decent location relatively close to public transportation. There was some issues with receiving instructions emails from the management company and henceforth was delayed getting into the suit. Not sure if the issue was on their end or my end. After a few phone calls we got the issues worked out. There are also a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but I have brought them up to management, so hopefully those will be dealt with before renting the unit out again. Overall we enjoyed our time in the suite and had a lovely vacation.

Excellent place to stay
Review of MAB properties home on West Square. Excellent place to stay. The home is in a great location, close to Elephant and Castle and even closer to bus stops to C10 and others. Short walk to grocery store Superway and Tesco Express. Albert Arms and Prince of Wales pubs even closer. Next door to the Imperial War Museum and the small park of West Square. The home is a two story stand alone home with two enclosed courtyards with three bedrooms 1 and a half baths. The living room can act as a fourth bedroom. It is immaculately kept and has been remodeled recently. See the listing for all the features. Everything worked well and the house was well equipped except for some very minor issues I will mention at the end. The towels and linens were spotless and there were plenty of extras. Instant coffee, tea and sugar were provided. The beds were all very comfortable except the futon in the living room, but the extra cot we used instead was good. I bought a coffee press because I don't care that much for instant but everyone else was happy with tea or instant coffee. In any case I left the press so they have one now. Large frying pans don't work with the induction stove and they could use a mixing bowl and an oven pan or two. Otherwise the induction stove and oven work great and have nice features. Overall this was an excellent place to and very comfortable for our group of four single adults. We each had our own room and the bath and a half was enough for us.

Lots of room and easy to get around
We stayed for 4 days with our 2 children (7 and 10). Very close to Lambeth and Elephant and Castle tube stations and easily walkable to London Eye / Westminister / Big Ben. Imperial War Museum is right next door and is great. The place was as per the pictures, but the furniture was a little tired, but OK given the limited time we spent there. In a residential area with parks around, so it was nice to get out of the tourist hustle / bustle at the end of the day. Overall, the place was good and would stay again.

Great location and amenities
The property is conveniently located near Lambeth North and Elephant & Castle stations. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and it's close to multiple Sainsbury's for groceries. The kitchen is well set up for a longer stay and the street is very quiet for central-ish London. Highly recommend as a great home base if you are planning to spend time in south / central London.

A great stay for our big family of 7 (2 Adults 5 Kids). Well located, stacks of Wifi, heating and hotwater. Easy walk into all the London tourist hotspots, close to train and bus. Pub 100m away, 250m to the War Museum. Great spot for any family

Great space for family of 5
All updated, we were comfortable and enjoyed the large refrigerator. Liked the convenience of the 1/2 bath on the first floor. Terrific location. I would do a few things differently so that’s what I’ll list here: shelves for the extra clean linens vs putting them in the closet floor; store extra building materials somewhere else or a single locked closet; provide Instructions for washing machine; offer a front porch light that works for returning back to property at night; tell guests to bring shampoo. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions! Easy entry instructions.

FANTASTIC rental, BRAND NEW renovation
This is a small stand alone house with yard situated on a school ground but walled in. Brand new renovation, well done very clean and new. It's a great deal.

A recently refurbished 3 bedroom house close to the City.
This was a great location to rent for the week as the company had works going on in Central London (Covent Garden) and Tooting so was right between the two. Elephant and Castle is a 2 minute walk, the London Eye is about 10 minutes walk and the Imperial War Museum is right next door. The property itself had clearly just been renovated (only minor downside was equipment and materials had been left in the property, not a problem for a work party of Engineers but would have been an issue for a family) and was very clean and tidy with all you would need for a week or two's stay. Dealing with the management Company was easy and responses to emails were quick. Overall a very pleasant stay within easy reach of Central London, I would consider using this property again.
