Our lively duplex is on the ground floor and is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay.
Your health comes first in our home. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which includes professional cleaning.
A spacious living that leads to a private patio. You'll find comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV here.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a fresh meal. In the dining area, you'll find a lovely marble table.
There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a lovely balcony overlooking the patio.
The single bedroom also doubles as a study with bookshelves and a desk.
The home has one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
We also provide fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
The flat is part of Wellington Mills, an award-winning landscaped modernist housing development. The neighbourhood, although in central London, is remarkably quiet. There is
a vast array of amenities close by, along with local cafes and pubs including TheThree Stags. It's a short walk to the Imperial War Museum and to the South Bank (London Eye, National Theatre, Hayward Gallery) and The Cut (Old Vic Theatre, Young Vic, restaurants). Also nearby is Lambeth Marsh, full of shops, bars, restaurants and food stalls.
3 grocery stores are minutes away: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Coop.
Lambeth North Underground station (Bakerloo Line) is a two minute walk away. Waterloo Station (National Rail, Northern and Jubilee lines) is less than a 10 minute walk away. Numerous buses into central London from Kennington Rd and Westminster Bridge Road.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
