Had a lovely stay and staff were fabulous. Room was really nice and clean. Only things to fault in the room is the net curtain had a hole in it and the food/drinks on the bar are to easily reachable and tempting for children to pick up where you then get charged due to the sensor. Breakfast was great, very clean, helpful staff, lots of options and many drinks to choose from. Oh and also, its not a complaint as staff are only human and do forget things but i wasn't told at check in the swimming situation with children not allowed in after 7pm. We went down at 7pm but staff were great and extented it to 7:30 so we got half an hour even tho my daughter wasn't best happy. Staff also gave us a complimentary metal water bottle each as a sorry which was lovely even after they extented the time in the pool. We did really enjoy our stay Our stay was quiet and pleasant and we plan to return.

A really hood hotel. Prices during Wembley events are silly, but at other times, it is good value for money. Staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean and spacious.

The staff are warm and attentive. We were made to feel very comfortable. In my opinion, Hilton Wembley is certainly the best Hilton hotel in London. We are well travelled - and say this with no hesitation.

Great place to stay when going to the arena. Cheap rate at car park next door. Comfy clean rooms. The only problem that we had was we were on the 8th floor and there was a Christmas Party in the 3rd floor ballroom that we could hear slightly but could feel the bass of which kept us awake untill late. Not sure how this would have been on other lower floors

Stayed with my daughter as a convenient location for Starlight Express, transport links and access to shopping and dining choice. The hotel is perfectly positioned, comfortable and clean. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating and helped me with our luggage, storing it for courier collection and keeping in touch when Evri didn't collect, keeping my belongings safe until the courier decided to actually courier! The room was large, clean and comfortable, perfect for the two of us. We used the hotel pool on one day but found the water temperature cold and quite small. The changing rooms could do with an update and looked a little tired in places/ broken doors and fittings in the showers. My only bad experience was the room service, completely inedible food and they got the order wrong. I did advise the waiter the order was incorrect but he couldn't grasp the difference between custard and ice cream. We ordered a pizza (disgusting), truffle chips (nice) and blackcurrant crumble with custard, which was basically a punnet of blackcurrants with burnt granola on top. I complained again at check out and was told this would be fed-back to the kitchen but I haven't heard anything since, not even an apology. I would say steer well clear of any catering at the hotel as it's of a very poor standard. Go to any of the restaurants surrounding the hotel, pay less and eat well! I would definitely stay here again when in London, just avoiding any catering.
