Frankie’s No-Nos
It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos:
• No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully.
• No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed.
• No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones.

Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards
Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)
Guest Access:
The building is accessible via digital keypad and the keys for the apartment are kept outside the front door, inside a key box. An extra set of keys is available inside the building.
Emergency set, in case keys are lost, is available from a key box in the communal areas (near the elevator).

Clerkenwell is a stunning open-air neighbourhood. Take a meander around the historic markets and side streets and visit any of its amazing shops and quirky boutiques.
For eating out, Clerkenwell is literally your oyster. Yes, we know you have your own chic Frankie Says kitchen for rustling up meals but there’s a myriad of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. You’ll find something to satiate every craving, from yummy street food – check out Exmouth Market - to fine dining Michelin star restaurants, take your pick.
Sightsee and Shop ‘til you drop
Clerkenwell has a wealth of transport links to travel around and see the rest of London. You’re within walking distance of iconic King's Cross and Old Street. Or hop on the nearest tube to take in popular sights, such as St. Paul's Cathedral.
And when you’re done, saunter back to the comfort of your Frankie Says play pad. Happy days.
