- We reserve the right to require guests ID details in form of Passport Copy and Credit Card copy before arrival, if we have sufficient reason that the form payment used does not belong to the guest staying.
- Sadly, occasionally guests do not give the correct information as to who and how many people will be staying in the apartment. In the UK there are strict regulations in respect of maximum occupancy levels. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the names of everyone in your group, and where there are children, please provide their ages. We reserve the right to refuse check in if the number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked.
- We provide all check-in details once all rental payments are settled.
- Free Key collection is available between 11AM - 10PM. After this, there is a fee of £50 for repsentative to deliver keys with an appointment. No check ins available after midnight.
